To the ones who transmute pain

To the ones who feel misunderstood pain,

But know not exactly from whence it came.

The kind that is invisible to others,

Even to friends, doctors, and mothers.

Aches stored in your body from lineages before you.

A promise to release stuck tethers, long overdue.

Honor the experiences of all before, who got you here.

Then, give it all to Spirit, all the judgement, loneliness, and fear.

For you did not come to hold only to again pass it on.

You took it, once more, for transmutation. So pain be gone!

And as you allow yourself to heal,

See a thousand lights around you seal.

I honor you warrior of heart!

Your very existence is living art.

Keep going, for you are never alone.

As the thousands of warriors alongside you have shown.
