About Me

My name is Cindy, and I’m here to hold space for those navigating life’s complexities. My journey has been shaped by profound loss, love, and the strength it takes to rise from unimaginable circumstances.

In July 2023, five of my beloved family members—my mom, sister, two nieces, and nephew—transitioned to the other side in a devastating house fire. During that time, I faced the overwhelming responsibility of organizing services, managing logistics, and supporting my family, all while carrying the weight of my own grief. It was a period that tested every part of me, and in the process, I learned to trust myself in ways I never thought possible.

I also learned the importance of boundaries, of honoring my limits, and of seeking tools that bring meaning to life’s challenges. Practices like journaling, tarot, astrology, and guided Shamanic journeys helped me reconnect with myself and reminded me that my presence matters—even when the world felt unbearable.

From the depths of pain, I found purpose: creating a safe space for others to feel seen, heard, and supported. I know what it’s like to feel invisible, to carry the weight of everyone else’s expectations, and to wonder if your efforts will ever be enough.

A pivotal moment on my journey was my connection with the Wolf Spirit. At a retreat in the forest, I wrestled with surrendering to my authentic expression and letting go of external expectations. Through a breathwork practice, I realized I was being called to trust my own inner guidance rather than follow the rules or advice of others.

In that moment, I let go. I danced, sprinkled dirt on my body, and howled at the sky. It was a cathartic release—not just for me but for my ancestors, who I felt deeply connected to. That howl wasn’t planned; it simply flowed out of me. What followed was even more magical: the retreatants joined me in howling, creating a shared connection that rippled through the group.

The Wolf Spirit represents freedom, authenticity, and connection. Wolves remind us that there are times to walk alone and times to find strength in the pack. They teach us that no matter how lost we feel, we only need to howl—to reach out in our authenticity—and our tribe will answer, reminding us we’re never truly alone.

This ties deeply to my belief that everything is a relationship—with others, with oneself, with nature, and even with our emotions. Like people, everything wants to be seen, heard, understood, appreciated, and loved unconditionally for its Spirit. We are Spiritual beings having a human experience, and our Highest Selves are who we truly are, though that expression can sometimes be lost in the imperfections of our human journey.

Emotions, too, are beings that want to be acknowledged. Through my ongoing journey of processing my own emotions, I’ve come to see the wisdom they bring. Observing them with curiosity rather than judgment reveals their messages—whether they stem from a childhood wound or an insecurity craving love. By embracing emotions, we uncover deeper truths and pathways to healing.

This platform was inspired by the Wolf Spirit’s wisdom and my own journey of healing and rediscovery. It’s a space where you can explore your voice, connect with your inner strength, and find support as you navigate life’s twists and turns.

Thank you for being here. We are all just walking each other home (Ram Dass) & it’s an honor to walk alongside you on this journey.
